Abstract
Disubstituert piperazin-forbindelse med formel (I) hvor R1 er halogen, metoksy, C-^g-alkyl eller trifluormetyl, og R2 er metyl eller substituert C-^g-alkyl, C3_8-alkenyl eller C3_ 8-cykloalkyl, hvor substituenter kan være hydroksy-, keto- eller oksimino-grupper i hvilken som helst stilling som fører til et stabilt tertiært amin; eller R2 er en rettkjedet eller forgrenet C-^g-alkyl eller C3_8-alkenyl, som i hvilken som helst stilling kan være substituert som ovenfor, men som er terminal-substituert med en av fsigende grupper: cyano, even- tuelt C1_4-alkoksy-substituert C1_4-alkoksy, dimetoksy, even- tuelt substituert fenoksy, fosfonsyre, tienyl, furyl, oksa- zolin, isoksazol, oksadiazol, hvor den eventuelle substitusjon er representert av Cj.g-alkyl eller fenyl, under forutsetning av at når cyano er den eneste substituent i R2, må R2 innehol- de minst fire karbon atomer, og farmasøytisk tilfredstillende syreaddisjonssalter derav. Forbindelsene er egnet ved be- handling av mentale forstyrrelser hvor det inngår en dopamin- ergisk mangel.
