Abstract

For undersøkelse av flasker (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d), særlig ved massespektrometri, tas gassprøver fra flere flasker (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) samtidig ved hjelp av sonder (4, 5, 6, 7). Gassprøvene mates etter hverandre og i en forutbestemt rekkefølge til et massespektrometer (l) ved hjelp av en fordelingsanordning (16, 17, 18, 19). På denne måte er et eneste massespektrometer tilstrekkelig for undersøkelse av flere flasker samtidig, slik at omkostninger og vedlikehold og kalibreringstid reduseres i vesentlig grad.
