Abstract

Farmasøytisk preparat bestående av en stabil vandig oppløsning av sparfloxacin med formelen: inneholdende sparfloxacin, - en eller flere monokarboksyliske polyhydroksysyrer eller dereslaktonderivater, i det minste i støklo- metrisk mengde i forhold til sparfloxacin, hvis nødvendig, et overskudd av monokarboksylisk polyhydroksysyre eller en annen farmasøytisk aksepterbar syre, ment for å sikre en pH-verdi som tillater fullstendig oppløseliggjøring av det således dannede salt, > 5, og - eventuelt et isotoniserende middel og/eller andre farmasøytisk akseptable hjelpestoffer.
