Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører stabile, høykon- sentrerte preparater av bestemte fluorescein-derivater, fremstillingen av disse preparatene og deres anvend- else, spesielt ved den fotodynamiske terapien av sekundær katarakt. Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører l første rekke en vandig oppløsning Inneholdende en fluoresceln-diester, spesielt en fluoresceln-dllaverealkylester, fremfor alt fluoresceln-dlacetat, og et partlelt foretret ø- cyklodekstrln, hvis etersubstltuenter er hydroksyetyl-, hydroksypropyl- eller dlhydroksypropylgrupper, hvorved en del av etersubstltuentene eventuelt kan være metyl- eller etylgrupper, og hvorved e-cyklodekstrlneteren oppviser en vannoppløselighet på over 1,8 g i 100 ml vann, fremfor alt hydroksypropyl-e-cyklodekstrin.
