Abstract
Fast fase metod for syntese av N-substltuerte oligo- merer, så som poly (N-substltuerte glyclner) (angitt heri som poly NSG) blir anvendt for å oppnå oligomerer, så som poly NSG med potensiell terapeutisk Interesse. Disse poly NSG kan ha mange forskjellige slde-kjede substltuente. Hver N-substltuerte glyclnmonomer blir oppstilt fra to "sub-monomerer" direkte på den faste bæreren. Hver syklus med monomer tilsetning består av to trinn: (1) acylerlng av et andre amln bundet til bæreren med et acylerlngsmlddel omfattende en avspalt- bar gruppe med evne til nukleofllforflytnlng av -NH2, så som en haloeddlksyre, og (2) innføring av slde- kjeden ved nukleofll forflytning av den avspaltbare gruppen, så som halogen (som et harplks-bundet a- haloacetamld) med en tilstrekkelig mengde av en annen sub-monomer omfattende en -NH2 gruppe, så som et primært amin, alkoskyamin, semikarbazid, acylhydrazld, karbazat eller lignende. Repetering av to trinns syklusen som omfatter acylering og forflytning tilvelebrlnger de ønskede ollgomerene.
