Leukotrien-B<-antagonister med formel I -X¿CORj hvori n (D betegner et helt tall fra 2 til 5, betegner en direkte binding, l til 6 metylenenheter, en orto-, meta- eller para-substituert fenylring eller meta- eller para-substituert pyridinring, betegner en binding til et hydrogenatom og samtidig til en hydroksygruppe, et dobbeltbundet oksygenatom eller -O-CH2-CH2-0-, og R2 betegner OH, -o-(C1-C4)-alkyl, O- (C3-C6) -sykloalkyl, -O- (C6-C10) - aryl, -O-(C7-C12)-aralkyl, 0-(CH2)-CO-(C6-C10)-aryl eller NHR3 hvor R3 betegner hydrogen, (Ci-C,) -alkyl, (C3-CS) -sykloalkyl eller (C7-C12)-aralkyl, så vel som deres salter med fysiologisk forenlige baser og deres syklo- dekstrinklatrater.
