Abstract

En sprøytestøpeform omfatter minst to formseksjoner (2, 3) hvorimellom avgrenses et formhulrom. Den ene (3) av formseksjonene er forsynt med utstøterorgan (42) for fjerning av produktet etter sprøytestøping. Den annen formseksjon (2) er forsynt med en formport (5). For å muliggjøre fraskilling av den størknede innløpstapp fra den sprøyestøpte gjenstand, finnes det også en bøssing (8), i hvilken formporten (5) like- ledes strekker seg. Nevnte bøssing (8) er konstruert slik at den er bevegelig i en begrenset utstrekning i forhold til den formseksjon (2) i hvilken den annen del av formporten (5) er utformet. Dette resulterer i at innløpstappen kan trekkes bort fra gjenstanden på en garantert måte. Bevegelsen av bøssingen (8) kontrolleres/styres av Jekkorgan (16,17). Det muliggjøres følgelig kontrollert avbrekking av innløpstappen, og det oppstår den fordel at det - ved avlastning av trykket på nevnte Jekkorgan (16,17) - ikke behøver å overvinnes noen kraft når formen lukkes.
