Abstract
DNA-sekvens som etter ekspresjon i en prokaryot eller eukaryot verts- celle koder for et polypeptidprodukt med minst en del av den primære struk- tur og en eller flere av de biologiske egenskapene til naturlig forekommende granulocyttkolonistimulerende faktor med flere forskjellige virkninger. DNA- sekvensen er valgt blant: (a) DNA-sekvensen angitt i tabell VII og tabell VIII eller komple- mentær e tråder derav, (b) DNA-sekvenser som hybridi- serer til DNA-sekvensene definert i (a) eller fragmenter derav, og (c) DNA-sekvenser som, hvis det ikke hadde vært for den genetiske kodes degenerasjon, ville ha hybridisert til DNA-sekvensene definert i (a) eller (b), og som koder for et polypeptid med den samme aminosyresekvens.
