Abstract

Ny gassfase-virvelsjiktsfremgangs- måte for fremstilling av etylenpolymerer med forbedret bearbeidbarhet. Det kan anvendes multiple reaktorer i serie eller parallelt for fremstilling av in situ-blandede polymerer. Hver reaktor kan separat ha en katalysator med tvun- get geometri eller en vanlig Ziegler- Natta-katalysator etter behov for oppnå- else av polymer blandet in situ med de ønskede egenskaper, så lenge det er en katalysator med tvunget geometri i minst en reaktor. Det kan fremstilles olefin- polymerer ifølge denne oppfinnelse som er lite utsatt for smeltebrudd, selv under betingelser med høy skjærkraft.
