Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører metallkomplekserende, cysteinfrie peptider, som er koblet enten direkte eller via et bindingsledd med en organspesifikk sonde og som dermed som konjugat anrikes spesifikt i tumorer, organer, vev eller betennelsessentre. Som organ- spesifikke sonder anvendes f. eks. antistoffer hhv. delsekvenser av antistoffer mot tumorassosierte antigener, såsom f. eks. det karsinoembryonale antigen (CEA) , som dermed anrikes spesifikt i tumorer. Oppfinnelsen vedrører videre fremgangsmåter ved fremstilling av de metallkomplekserende, cysteinfrie peptider samt deres konjugater. Foreliggende oppfin- nelse vedrører videre anvendelsen av konjugatene som bestanddeler av et sett for in vivo-diagnostikk eller in vivo-terapi samt radiofarmasøytika, som inneholder disse konjugater sammen med radioisotoper. De organ- spesifikke konjugater anvendes ved avbildning av tumorer, organer eller betennelsessentre.
