Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for kontinerlig pultrusjon av en fiberforsterket plaststav utformet med et spiralspor, omfattende de trinn: å anordne parallelt et antall forsterkningsfibre (7) under strekk, impregnering av en uherdet termoherdende harpiks (10) i forsterkningsfibrene (7) med strekk påført forsterkningsfibrene (7), vikling av en tape (15) med en termoimpregnerbar egenskap og ekspansjons-og sammentrekningsegenskap rundt en fiberbunt (13) bestående av de termoherdende harpiksimpregnerte forsterkningsfibrene (7) som en spiral med en viklingsvinkel (92) hovedsakelig lik med en vinkel (81) mellom spiralsporet og stavens, som skal formes, aksielle retning, føring av fiberbunten (13) med den viklede tapen (15) gjennom en varmeform (4a) utstyrt med et hull (4b) med et tverrsnitt hovedsakelig lik tverrsnittet til staven som skal formes, og å varme og herde termoherdeharpiksen (10), og deretter å ta av tapen (15).
