Låsestift for reparasjon av knokkelfrakturer, med et langstrakt legeme (12) hvis fremre distale ende (14) er avrundet, og som har en proksimal innslagnings- ende (18). Over lengden av det langstrakte legeme (12) er det anordnet tverrboringer (28) til opp- tagelse av respektive knokkelskruer. Det langstrakte legeme (12) er massivt og har en traktformet åpning (30) i det minste på den ene side av hver tverrboring (28).
