Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en flytende, lagringsstabil blanding som inneholder et organisk polyisocyanat og et surt fosfat. Fremgangsmåten omfatter trinnene (1) oppvarming av en blanding av et polyisocyanat og et surt fosfat til en temperatur i området fra 60°C til 190°C i en tid som er slik at det ikke finner sted noen faseseparasjon ved avkjøling av blandingen til omgivelsestemperatur, idet blandingen inneholder oppløste gasser, og (2) blandingen utsettes foret negativt trykk tilstrekkelig til å fjerne fra blandingen minst en del av de oppløste gasser. Den negative trykksetting gjør at hastigheten for karbondioksyd-utvikling deretter blir langsommere og muliggjør således lagringsstabilitet i mye lenger tid enn det som kan oppnås dersom det negative trykksettingstrinn ikke gjennomføres, etter- som det reduserer problemer i forbindelse med trykkoppbygging i beholdere.
