Abstract

Fremgangsmåte og apparat for optimalisering av herdingen av betong (10) som helles under ugunstige omgivelsestemperaturforhold. Apparatet innbefatter et væskereservoar og pumpesystem og et antall av adskilte rørsegmenter (20) som legges i formene for å motta betongen med respektive ender av rørene plassert på utsiden betongformene. En væske-manifold (30) er forbundet til et sett av rø- render og andre væske-manifold er forbundet til det andre sette av rørender. Temperaturen av væsken i reservoaret er justert for optimal herding av betong, og væsken er pumpet gjennom rørene etter at betongen har blitt fylt; når betongen herder er væsken frakoblet, og rørene er frakoblet fra manifoldene uten å fjerne rørene fra den herdede betongen.
