Til forbedring av gripeevnen på fuktig og tørr vcihane samme;) med høy gripeevne på hardpakket snø og is blir det foreslått et kjøretøydekk (1) med en slitebane (2) som i det minste i et av sine aksiale kantområder (L, R) sett ovenfra har innsnitt (3a, 3b) som forløper i det vesentlige aksialt og som er bølget på m slik måte at bølgetoppene (4) og bølgedalene (5) er i det vesentlige rette og strekker seg diagonalt i tverrplanet, der mengden av de i det vesentlige aksialt forløpende innsnitt (3, 3b) går over i en første delmengde med innsnitt (3a) og i en andre delmengde med innsnitt (3b), der bølgetoppene (4a) og bølgedalene (5a) for innsnittene (3a) er orientert slik i den første delmengde at man, når man i tverrplanet går langs disse innsnitt (3a), radialt ut, kommer aksialt innad, og der bølgetoppene (4b) og bølgedalene (5b) for innsnittene (3b) i den andre delmengde er orientert slik at man, når man i tverrplanet går radialt utad langs disse innsnitt (3b), kommer aksialt ut, de innsnittene (3a, 3b) i de to delmengder er anordnet i felles spor (A, B) med innsnitt (3).
