Abstract
Denne oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for oppløsning av 1-azabicyklo-[2,2,2]oktan-3-amin, 2-(difenylmetyl)-N-[[2-metoksy-5-(1-metyl-etyl)fenyl]metyl] omfattende omsetning av 1-azabicyklo-[2,2,2]oktan-3-amin, 2-(difenylmetyl)-N-[[2-metoksy—5-(1-metyletyl)fenyl]metyl] med 1R-(-)-10-kamfersulfonsyre i et I øsningsmiddel med evne til å løse begge de foregående reagenser, og løse kamfersulfonsyresaltet av den tilsvarende (2R,3R)enantiomer i forhold til (2S.3S) enantiomeren selektivt, under dannelse av kamfer-sulfonsyresaltet av (2S,3S)-1-azabicyklo[2,2,2]oktan-3-amin, 2(difenylmetyl)-N-[[2-metoksy-5-(1-metyletyl)fenyl]metyl], og så eventuelt hydrolyse av et slikt salt for å oppnå den frie base av (2S.3S) enantiomeren.
