Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår fenyletanolaminforbindelser representert ved generelle formel [I]: OH CH¿CH2¿NH-(CH2) [l ] (hvor R, representerer hydrogen eller halogen; R2 representerer hydrogen, hydroksy, lavere alkoksy, lavere alkoksy substituert med en eller to lavere alkoksykarbonyl eller karboksygrupper, lavere alkoksy substituert med lavere alkylaminokarbonyl som kan være substituert med lavere alkoksy, lavere alkoksy substituert med cyklisk aminokarbonyl med 4 til 6 karbonatomer, lavere alkoksykarbonyl eller karboksy; R3 representerer hydrogen, hydroksy, lavere alkoksy eller lavere alkoksy substituert med en eller to lavere alkoksykarbonyl eller karboksygrupper; R2 og R3 kan være bundet til hverandre for å danne metylendioksy substituert med karboksy eller lavere alkoksykarbonyl; og m og n er O eller 1), og deres farmakologisk akseptable salter, som har en sterk p3-adrenergisk stimulerende effekt og høy (53-adrenergisk reseptorselektivitet, så vel som til fremgangsmåter for deres fremstilling og mellomprodukter i deres fremstilling.
