Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en frem- gangsmåte ved kryopreservering av organer og behandling av virale og/eller mikrobielle infeksjoner, hvilken substans eller sammensetning omfatter et aktivt middel valgt fra gruppen bestående av amider med den generelle formel Rj-CO-NR^, hvori: Rj og R, uavhengig velges fra gruppen omfattende H, Me, halometyl, mettede og umettede Cj-Cj-alkylgrupper, mettede og umettede halogenerte C2-C3-alkylgrupper, hydroksylerte alkylgrupper, eller R: og R2 velges sammen fjra (CH2)n, hvori n = 4 eller 5, el- ler (CH2) jO(CH2) 2/ og R3 velges fra H, Me og mettede og umettede C2-C3-alkylgrupper
