Abstract
Hybridelektrisk kjøretøy (10) med en drivmotor (40) som drives av et drivbat-teri (20), og en hjelpekraftkilde (16) som frembringer elektrisk kraft for lading av drivbatteriet (20). For å varme opp kjøre-tøyets passasjerkupe (316) ved kaldt vær overføres varme fra drivmotoren (40) og hjelpekraftkilden (16). Ved enkelte for-hold kan det være utilstrekkelig varme for å varme opp kupeen (316) tilstrekkelig, og for å bøte på dette reduseres driv-motorens virkningsgrad slik at det frem-bringes mer varme i den. I en utførelse hvor drivmotoren er en vekselstrømsmotor senkes virkningsgraden ved i tillegg å sende en likestrøm inn i den. I en ut-førelse hvor vekselstrømsmotoren er en induksjonsmotor senkes virkningsgraden ved å øke etterslepet, særlig etterslepsfrek-vensen, idet denne defineres som for-skjellen mellom omløpsfrekvensen av det påtrykte vekselfelt og motorens turtall.
