Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for reduksjon av svovelinnhold i en FCC bensin, kjennetegnet ved at den omfatter trinnene: fraksjonering av FCC bensinen i tre fraksjoner: en lett fraksjon innbefattende 50-80 % av FCC bensinen, en mellomkokende fraksjon innbefattende 10-30 % av FCC bensinen, og en tungfraksjon innbefattende 5-20 % av FCC bensinen; hydrobehandling av den tyngste fraksjonen i det første sjiktet av en hydrobehandlings- innretning ved betingelser som resulterer i i det vesentrigetotål fjernelse av svovelet; bråkjøling (quenching) av effluenten fra det første sjiktet med mellomfraksjonen; og hydrobehandling av den kombinerte oljestrømmen i et andre og endelig sjikt i hydrobehandlingsinnretningen ved betingelser som sikrer den påkrevde samlede svovelfjeraelsen.
