Abstract

Se proporciona un material conductor compuesto excelente en conductividad. El material conductor compuesto comprende al menos tipo-grafeno exfoliado de un material de carbono a base de grafito y un material conductor dispersado en un material de base. El material de carbono basado en grafito se caracteriza por tener una capa de grafito romboedrico (3R) y una capa de grafito hexagonal (2H), en la que una tasa (3R) entre la capa de grafito romboedrico (3R) y la capa de grafito hexagonal (2H), basado en un metodo de difraccion de rayos X es del 31% o mas y se define en la siguiente Ecuacion 1: Tasa (3R) = P3/(P3+P4)x 100 en la que P3 es un pico de intensidad de un plano (101) de la capa de grafito romboedrico (3R) en base al metodo de difraccion de rayos X, y P4 es un pico de intensidad de un plano (101) de la capa de grafito hexagonal (2H) en base al metodo de difraccion de rayos X
