Abstract

El metodo comprende las siguientes etapas: incidir plasma atmosferico (PA) sobre cada porcion del area de la superficie a ser tratada, de una lamina metalica (10), aumentando la energia libre superficial de la lamina metalica (10), compatibilizando tal energia libre superficial con la tension superficial del barniz a ser aplicado en la lamina metalica (10); aplicar sobre la superficie de la lamina metalica (10) sometida al plasma atmosferico (PA) una capa de barniz (CV) de curado UV, seleccionado entre oligomeros, monomeros y foto iniciadores y con un contenido de solidos de 99% a 100%; y curar la camada de barniz (CV) por medio de radiacion UV, formando un revestimiento de barniz adherido a la superficie de la lamina metalica (10);
