Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona un procedimiento para preparar el Compuesto 100. Este procedimiento comprende el hacer reaccionar el Compuesto 100-3 con el Compuesto 100-2 para producir el Compuesto 100-1 en presencia de N,N-diisopropiletilamina (DIEA). Posteriormente, se desprotege el Compuesto 100-1 con acido trifluoroacetico (TFA) en presencia de diclorometano (DCM) para producir el Compuesto 100. Tambien se reivindica el profarmaco del Compuesto 100 o una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable del mismo, y una composicion farmaceutica que comprende dicho profarmaco y un vehiculo farmaceuticamente aceptable.
