Abstract

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a fermentation product from starchy biomass, the method including grinding starchy biomass, gelatinizing and liqufying the ground biomass, separating the liquefied biomass into a solid and a liquid, and acquiring a first fermentation product by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation of the liquid separated from the liquefied biomass. The method of manufacturing the fermentation product may be high-efficiency and economical.
