Abstract
The present utility model relates to cement extender but more particularly to cement extenders comprising egg shells, limestone, cement, sand and water. It further relates to the process for manufacturing said cement extender comprising the steps of: Collecting eggshells, pulverizing it; sun drying pulverized eggshell ; mixing eggshells, limestone, cement, and in predetermined ratio; adding water to the mixture; mixing components together until the desired consistency is obtained; transferring mixture in molders; removing blocks from molder when dry; curing the blocks by sun drying and by sprinkling water for at least 3 times a day for 28 days; testing for compressive strength after 28 days.
