Abstract
The present utility model relates multi-layered rice hull moldings comprising rice hull, cement, sand and water. It further relates to the process of producing said moldings comprising the steps of: mixing cement, sand and rice hull in a predetermined ratio; adding water to obtain homogeneous mixture and obtain desired consistency; transferring mixture to moldings of about 8 ft long; covering the mouldings with non-absorbent sheets fro a period of 1 week; sprinkling moldings with water at least 3 times a day prior to testing; drying the moldings for one week; sprinkling water at least once a day; curing moldings for 28 days; testing physical and the mechanical strength of moldings after 28 days.
