Abstract

A ledger panel form comprising a generally rectangular body having a frame member, plurality of elongated horizontal brackets spacedly disposed on said frame member, vertical brackets perpendicularly disposed on the lower and upper portion of said frame member and a surface panel disposed on said frame member, said frame member comprises a pair of elongated vertical side frame members, a bottom and top frame members connecting both ends of said pair of elongated vertical side frame members and plurality of holes disposed on said pair of elongated vertical side frame members and bottom and top frame members wherein said holes are provided with guide bushings.
