Abstract
This utility model develops a new product out of Sweet Potato Spread and can be a gift, present or giveaway. The product is nutritionally healthy knowing its high content of some essential nutrients that can boost our well being. The product is also free from artificial flavoring and preservatives. The process of making the sweet potato spread comprising the steps : a) Milling the glutinous rice, set aside; b) Cooking and mashing the sweet potato, set aside; c) Grating the coconut and extracting the coconut milk, set aside; d) Measuring the ingredients from steps a, b and c; e) Mixing all the ingredients; f) Cooking the mixed ingredients in low fire and stirring constantly to avoid lumping and sticking the mixture to the pan until it is done ;g) Packing cooked mixture in a microwavable container.
