Abstract

This utility model relates to the process of producing Cookies from Tannia (Xanthosoma sagittifolium) following an easy procedure which generally involves combining and blending sifted flour, baking powder, skim milk, egg, white sugar and margarine in a mixing bowl, adding tannia puree to the mixture, mixing the mixture until lit will be well blended, molding and forming the blended mixture into desired sizes, placing the molded dough in a greased baking pan and flatten; and baking the in a pre-heated over for 15- 20 minutes until golden brown.
