The method of preparing the molded cookies with bougainvillea, comprising the steps of: collecting and washing of bougainvillea leaves, flowers and bracts, air-drying of the leaves, flowers and bracts, measuring of the ingredients accurately, creaming the butter, sugar and eggs, mixing of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, combining of two mixtures until homogenously blended, molding of the dough into desired shapes, baking for 15 to 20 minutes, cooling, packaging.
