Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka profilowana o szerokim zakresie stosowania, w tym szczególnie przeznaczona do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu powierzchni jej korpusu oraz podstawy. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia widok czolowy butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawia widok z góry i fig. 3 - przedstawia ilustracje fotograficzna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku - szyjka butelki ma ksztalt walcowaty i u góry zakonczona jest gwintowanym nadlewem. W dolnej czesci - szyjka ta lagodnym lukiem laczy sie z zasadniczym korpusem butelki. Na powierzchni korpusu wykonane sa dwa symetrycznie rozlozone, wyprofilowane wglebienia. Kazde z tych wglebien biegnie sfalowana linia na calej wysokosci korpusu, tj. od podstawy butelki do polaczenia korpusu z szyjka, przy czym w górnej czesci korpusu ich glebokosc zmniejsza sie i zanika przy polaczeniu z szyjka. Korpus butelki osadzony jest na podstawie, która ma ksztalt niskiego walca o zaokraglonych krawedziach obwodowych i srednicy nieco wiekszej od srednicy korpusu. Podstawa ta laczy sie z korpusem wyraznym sfazowaniem.Cechy istotne wzoru: - umiejscowione na korpusie butelki dwa wyzlobienia biegnace sfalowana linia na calej wysokosci korpusu - podstawa butelki posiadajaca ksztalt niskiego walca o zaokraglonych krawedziach obwodowych i o srednicy nieco wiekszej od srednicy korpusu laczaca sie z korpusem wyraznym sfazowaniem.Fig. 1 Fig 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a profiled bottle with a wide range of applications, particularly for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the original surface shape of its body and base. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows a top view, and Fig. 3 shows a photographic illustration of the bottle. As shown in the drawing, the bottle's neck is cylindrical and terminates at the top with a threaded boss. At the bottom, the neck connects with the main body of the bottle in a gentle arc. The surface of the body features two symmetrically arranged, contoured recesses. Each of these recesses runs a wavy line along the entire height of the body, i.e., from the base of the bottle to the junction of the body and neck. Their depth in the upper part of the body decreases and disappears at the junction with the neck. The bottle body sits on a base, which is shaped like a low cylinder with rounded peripheral edges and a diameter slightly larger than the body's diameter. This base connects to the body with a distinct chamfer.
