Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bariera pneumatyczna, przeznaczona do zabezpieczania, zwlaszcza wyscigowych torów samochodowych i motocyklowych, torów zuzlowych, wszelkiego typu boisk do gier i zawodów sportowych oraz biezni sportowych, placów zabaw, a takze innych powierzchni wymagajacych zabezpieczenia ludzi, w tym szczególnie przed urazami wypadkowymi spowodowanymi w trakcie korzystania z tych terenów. Bariera pneumatyczna umozliwia zestawienie, z dowolnej ilosci barier, zespolu zabezpieczajacego o dowolnej dlugosci i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, przedstawiajacej odmiany bariery pneumatycznej, na której: fig. 1 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane bariery pneumatycznej wykonanej z miekkiego materialu nieprzepuszczaj acego powietrza, w ksztalcie nieregularnej szesciobocznej bryly o scianach posiadajacych przeszycia tworzace wielokrotnie wypukla powierzchnie w formie pasów; fig. 2 - przedstawia druga odmiane bariery pneumatycznej wykonanej z miekkiego materialu nieprzepuszczaj acego powietrza, w ksztalcie nieregularnej szesciobocznej bryly o scianach posiadajacych przeszyciatworzace wielokrotnie wypukla powierzchnie w formie pasów, przy czym jedna z dluzszych scian bariery zaopatrzona jest w dodatkowa zewnetrzna gladka powierzchnie materialu. Cechy istotne bariery pneumatycznej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze bariera, wykonana z materialu nieprzepuszczaj acego powietrza, ma ksztalt nieregularnej szesciobocznej bryly o scianach posiadajacych przeszycia tworzace wielokrotnie wypukla powierzchnie w formie pasów, albo na jednej ze scian dluzszych bariera moze byc zaopatrzona w dodatkowa zewnetrzna gladka powierzchnie materialu.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a pneumatic barrier intended for securing, in particular, car and motorcycle race tracks, speedway tracks, all types of sports fields and competitions, sports tracks, playgrounds, and other areas requiring protection for people, particularly against accidental injuries caused while using these areas. The pneumatic barrier allows for the assembly of any number of barriers into a safety assembly of any length and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows variations of the pneumatic barrier, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variation of the pneumatic barrier made of a soft, airtight material, in the shape of an irregular hexagonal shape with walls having stitching creating a repeatedly convex surface in the form of strips; Fig. 2 shows a second variant of a pneumatic barrier made of a soft, airtight material, in the shape of an irregular, hexagonal solid with walls having stitching that creates a repeatedly convex surface in the form of strips, wherein one of the longer walls of the barrier is provided with an additional, smooth outer material surface. The essential features of the pneumatic barrier according to the industrial design are that the barrier, made of an airtight material, has the shape of an irregular, hexagonal solid with walls having stitching that creates a repeatedly convex surface in the form of strips, or on one of the longer walls the barrier may be provided with an additional, smooth outer material surface.
