Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac zestawu naczyn ceramicznych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach, uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Zestaw naczyn posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci zdobien nawiazujacych swym wygladem do zdobien azteckich skladajacych sie z falistych, stylizowanych i prostych linii, figur geometrycznych, zlobionych stylizowanych sylwetek zwierzat i ludzi oraz elementów metalowych, powierzchnia naczynia jest blyszczaca, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 - 7. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do 7, na których pokazano zestaw naczyn w poszczególnych odmianach. Zestaw naczyn dekoracyjnych kolekcji azteckiej przedstawiony na fig 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zdobien nawiazuj^ych swym wygladem do zdobien azteckich skladajacych sie z na przemiennie ulozonych wyrobionych podwójnych prostych linii, z których górna para jest na wysokosci uszu naczynia. Pomiedzy górna i srodkowa para umieszczona jest splatajaca sie podwójna, barwna, gruba linia. Ponad górna para prostych linii oraz miedzy dolna i srodkowa para tych linii umieszczone sa barwne romby. Naczynie posiada uszy, na których umieszczone sa metalowe okragle elementy ozdobne. Szyjka naczynia od wysokosci uszu zweza sie, a nastepnie rozszerza. Okragly otwór górny naczynia posiada gruby kolnierzPodstawe naczynia stanowi walcem o niskiej wysokosci. Naczynie wedlug wzoru posiada blyszczaca powierzchnie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1. Zestaw naczyn kolekcji azteckiej przedstawiony na fig 2 posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci zdobien nawiazujacych swym wygladem do zdobien azteckich skladajacych sie z na przemian ulozonych wyzlobionych podwójnych prostych linii, z których górna para jest na wysokosci uszu naczynia. Pomiedzy górna i dolna para umieszczona jest splatajaca sie podwójna, barwna, gruba linia. Ponad górna para prostych linii umieszczone sa grube, barwne pólokregi, których konce stykaja sie. Naczynie posiada uszy, na których umieszczone sa okragle elementy ozdobne. Szyjka naczynia od wysokosci uszu zweza sie, a nastepnie rozszerza. Okragly otwór gómy naczynia posiada gruby kolnierz. Zestaw naczyn kolekcji azteckiej przedstawiony na fig 3 posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci zdobien nawiazujacych swym wygladem do zdobien azteckich w postaci stylizowanych barwnych nieregularnych linii, pomiedzy którymi umieszczone sa sylwetki zwierzat. Naczynie posiada czworokatna podstawe i sciany rozszerzajace sie ku górze oraz blyszczaca powierzchnie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 3. Zestaw naczyn kolekcji azteckiej przedstawiony na fig 4 posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci zdobien nawiazujacych swym wygialem do zdobien azteckich w postaci stylizowanych barwnych nieregularnych linii, pomiedzy którymi umieszczone sa nierówne pólokregi. Ponizej linii naczynie posiada stylizowane sylwetki zwierzat. Naczynie posiada czworokatna podstawe zwezajaca sie ku górze, a nastepnie po przewezeniu lekko rozszerza sie ku górze. Naczynie posiada blyszczaca powierzchnie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 4. Zestaw naczyn kolekcji azteckiej przedstawiony na fig 5 posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci zdobien nawiazujacych swym wygladem do zdobien azteckich w postaci stylizowanych sylwetek zwierzat, korzystnie ryb, ponad którymi umieszczona jest barwna, falista, dwukolorowa linia. Ponad ta linia znajduje sie zwezenie, z którego nastepuje rozszerzenie tworzace kolnierz. Naczynie posiada blyszczaca powierzchnie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 5. Zestaw naczyn kolekcji azteckiej przedstawiony na fig 6 posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci zdobien nawiazujacych swym wygladem do zdobien azteckich w postaci stylizowanych barwnych nieregularnych linii, pomiedzy którymi umieszczone sa stylizowane wzory. Calosc zdobienia umieszczona jest w srodkowej czesci naczynia. Naczynie rozszerzasie stopniowo od podstawy ku górze, który konczy odgiety na zewnatrz kolnierz. Naczynie posiada blyszczaca powierzchnie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 6. Zestaw naczyn kolekcji azteckiej przedstawiony na fig 7 posiada cechy istotne wzoru w postaci zdobien nawiazujacych swym wygladem do zdobien azteckich w postaci stylizowanych barwnych nieregularnych linii, pomiedzy którymi umieszczone sa stylizowane postaci ludzi. Naczynie posiada okragla podstawe, grubszy kolnierz i ksztalt scietego stozka. Naczynie posiada blyszczaca powierzchnie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 7. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a set of ceramic vessels, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, ornamentation, properties, shape and decoration of the surface, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The set of vessels possesses essential design features in the form of decorations reminiscent of Aztec ornamentation, consisting of wavy, stylized, and straight lines, geometric figures, carved stylized silhouettes of animals and humans, and metal elements. The vessel has a shiny surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-7. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-7, which show the set of vessels in various variations. The set of decorative vessels from the Aztec collection shown in Figure 1 has significant industrial design features in the form of ornamentation reminiscent of Aztec decorations, consisting of alternating, elaborate double straight lines, the upper pair of which is at the height of the vessel's handles. Between the upper and middle pairs is an interlocking, double, colorful, thick line. Above the upper pair of straight lines and between the lower and middle pairs of these lines are colorful rhombuses. The vessel has handles, on which circular metal decorative elements are placed. The neck of the vessel narrows from the height of the handles and then widens. The circular upper opening of the vessel has a thick flange. The base of the vessel is a low-height cylinder. The vessel, according to the pattern, has a glossy surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The set of vessels from the Aztec collection, shown in Fig. 2, has significant features of the pattern in the form of decorations reminiscent of Aztec ornamentation, consisting of alternating, carved double straight lines, the upper pair of which is at the height of the vessel's handles. Between the upper and lower pairs is an interlocking double, colored, thick line. Above the upper pair of straight lines are thick, colored semicircles, the ends of which touch. The vessel has handles, on which are placed circular decorative elements. The neck of the vessel narrows from the height of the handles and then widens. The circular opening at the top of the vessel has a thick rim. The vessel has a glossy surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The set of vessels from the Aztec collection, shown in Fig. 3, has significant design features in the form of decorations reminiscent of Aztec ornamentation in the form of stylized, colorful, irregular lines, between which animal silhouettes are placed. The vessel has a quadrangular base and walls that widen upwards, and a glossy surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3. The set of vessels from the Aztec collection, shown in Fig. 4, has significant design features in the form of decorations reminiscent of Aztec ornamentation in the form of stylized, colorful, irregular lines, between which unequal semicircles are placed. Below the lines, the vessel features stylized animal silhouettes. The vessel has a quadrangular base that tapers upwards and then, after narrowing, slightly widens upwards. The vessel has a glossy surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4. The set of vessels from the Aztec collection, shown in Fig. 5, has essential design features in the form of decorations reminiscent of Aztec ornamentation in the form of stylized animal silhouettes, preferably fish, above which is placed a colorful, wavy, two-color line. Above this line is a narrowing, from which a widening occurs, creating a collar. The vessel has a glossy surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 5. The set of vessels from the Aztec collection, shown in Fig. 6, has essential design features in the form of decorations reminiscent of Aztec ornamentation in the form of stylized, colorful, irregular lines, between which are placed stylized patterns. The entire decoration is placed in the center of the vessel. The vessel gradually widens from the base upwards, which terminates in an outwardly curved collar. The vessel has a glossy surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 6. The set of vessels from the Aztec collection, shown in Fig. 7, has significant design features in the form of decorations reminiscent of Aztec ornamentation in the form of stylized, colorful, irregular lines, between which stylized human figures are placed. The vessel has a round base, a thicker collar, and a truncated cone shape. The vessel has a glossy surface, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 7.
