The fountain, as designed, is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the characteristics of its lines, shape, structure, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The fountain can be manufactured industrially or by hand from natural or artificial stone, concrete, or plastic. The fountain height according to the design can reach up to 2.5 m. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of fountain variant 1, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of fountain variant 2, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of fountain variant 3, and Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of fountain variant 4. Significant features of the industrial design include that the fountain is shaped like a bowl supported by a pedestal. The base of the pedestal is a flattened cylinder with a smooth surface, with peripheral decoration along the edges. The pedestal is mounted on the base. The pedestal is shaped like a truncated cone. The pedestal is provided with semicircular, convex decoration around its circumference at the bottom. The surface of the pedestal is decorated with a radiating decorative motif in the form of an ornament representing leaves formed by a convex line. The pedestal tapers at the top, forming the base of the fountain bowl. The fountain bowl is semicircular. The bowl resembles the calyx of a lotus flower. The surface of the fountain bowl is embellished with convex ornaments in the form of flower petals radiating from the base. The rim of the bowl is curved outward, with the edge of the bowl featuring a frayed effect in the form of semicircular bulges and grooves in the petals. In the center of the fountain bowl is a pedestal with a circular profile. The fountain, according to the industrial design, variant 1, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, is equipped with a column placed in the center of the bowl on the pedestal. The base of the column is decorated with a convex band around the circumference. Above the band is a semicircular convexity. The column then narrows. The base is topped with another protrusion with a semicircular profile. A decorative motif in the form of a stylized leaf is placed on the column's base. The column then becomes cylindrical, decorated with grooves arranged parallel to each other along the cylinder's lateral surface. The column then widens, forming the base of the next fountain bowl. The base of the next bowl has a semicircular protrusion around the circumference of the cylinder, which then transitions into a semicircular, circumferential recess and a semicircular protrusion. The crowning decorative element is in the form of a hemisphere placed inside a flower calyx. The fountain, based on the industrial design, variant 2, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, is equipped with a column placed in the center of the bowl on a pedestal. The base of the column is decorated with a convex band around the circumference. Above the band is a semicircular convexity. The column then narrows. The base is topped with another convexity with a semicircular profile. On the base of the column is a decorative motif, PL 19389 3, in the form of a stylized leaf.
