Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób swiecacy- swieca o ksztalcie walca lub kuli o nazwie GEA. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie, a w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym wzorze aplikacji umieszczonym na swiecy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Fotografia FIG 1 - przedstawia widok swiecy z góry, fotografia FIG 2 - widok swiecy z jednego boku, FIG 3 - przedstawia widok z drugiego boku swiecy GEA, FIG 4 - widok trzeciego boku. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, uwidocznionym na fotografii, przedstawiono bryle swiecy w ksztalcie walca lub kuli z widocznymi, nieregularnymi rozwarstwieniami powloki zewnetrznej. Rozwarstwienia umieszczone sa na powierzchni calej swiecy, ukladajac sie w nierówna i asymetryczna forme . Wyglad zastosowanych nierównosci i rozwarstwien wywoluje efekt podwójnej powierzchni swiecy, gdzie pierwsza z nich - zewnetrzna jest nierówna sprawiajaca wrazenie popekanej, a druga, bedaca pod nia - gladka. Swieca GEA barwiona jest w kolorach: bialy, wanilia, róz, niebieski, szary, oliwka. Widocznerozwarstwienia wykonane sa w tych samych kolorach, przy czym ich zewnetrzna czesc jest dodatkowo delikatnie malowana kolorem bialym, sprawiajac wrazenie zdecydowanego oszronienia swiecy, a tym samym wyraznie odcina sie od pozostalej czesci swiecy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy GEA wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnej formy aplikacji do wyrobu produktu swiecacego. Struktura i powierzchnia swiecy jest oszroniona. Dodatkowo efekt ten zostal wzmocniony poprzez zastosowanie bialej farby. Poprzez charakterystyczna aplikacje rozwarstwienia, zewnetrznej powloki, wywoluje wrazenie swiecy „topniejacej" lub tez „popekanej kory brzozy", nadajac jej efektowny i unikalny wyglad. PL PLThe industrial design is for a luminous product – a cylindrical or spherical candle called the GEA. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the luminous product, manifested in its shape, surface arrangement, and color, and in particular in the distinctive appliqué pattern placed on the candle. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG 1 shows a top view of the candle; photograph FIG 2 shows a side view of the candle; FIG 3 shows a side view of the GEA candle; and FIG 4 shows a side view of the third side. In accordance with the industrial design shown in the photograph, the candle is presented in the shape of a cylinder or sphere with visible, irregular delamination of the outer coating. The delaminations are located throughout the candle, forming an uneven and asymmetrical pattern. The appearance of these irregularities and delaminations creates a double-surfaced effect: the outer surface is uneven, giving the impression of being cracked, while the underlying surface is smooth. The GEA candle is colored in white, vanilla, pink, blue, gray, and olive. The visible delaminations are made in the same colors, with the outer part additionally delicately painted in white, creating the impression of a distinct frosting of the candle, thus clearly distinguishing it from the rest of the candle. The essential features of the GEA candle's industrial design stem from the use of a unique application method for manufacturing the luminous product. The candle's structure and surface are frosted. This effect is further enhanced by the use of white paint. Through the characteristic application of delamination, the outer coating creates the impression of a "melting" candle or "cracked birch bark", giving it an attractive and unique appearance.
