Dekoracja, zgodnie ze wzorem moze równiez pelnic role pucharu, wreczanego jako trofeum z róznych okazji. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, o indywidualnym charakterze postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1, pokazanego na rysunku, fig.l i na fotografii, fig.3, nalezy zaliczyc, ze dekoracja artystyczna 1 jest uksztaltowana w formie fantazyjnej, nieregularnej bryly, rozszerzajacej sie ku górze. Rozszerzona u góry czesc 2 tworzy stylizowany kolnierz. Dekoracja artystyczna jest wykonana z bawionego szkla, przy czym warstwy szkla i barwyukladaja sie w fantazyjne smugi i plamy, wzajemnie sie przenikajace i zachodzace na siebie. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 2, pokazanego na rysunku* fig.2 i na fotografii, fig.4, nalezy zaliczyc, ze dekoracja artystyczna 1 jest uksztaltowana w formie fantazyjnej, nieregularnej bryly, rozszerzajacej sie ku górze. Rozszerzona górna czesc 2 dekoracji artystycznej tworzy stylizowany kolnierz. According to the design, the decoration can also function as a cup, presented as a trophy on various occasions. The essence of a design is a new, individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 illustrates the artistic decoration in a general view, variant 1, and Fig. 2 illustrates the decorations, variant 2. The design is also shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 3 illustrates the artistic decorations, variant 1, and Fig. 4 illustrates the decorations, variant 2. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, include that artistic decoration 1 is shaped as a fanciful, irregular shape that widens upwards. Part 2, widened at the top, forms a stylized collar. The artistic decoration is made of painted glass, with the layers of glass and color arranged in fanciful streaks and spots that interpenetrate and overlap. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, shown in drawing* fig. 2 and photograph, fig. 4, include that the artistic decoration 1 is shaped as a fanciful, irregular shape that widens upward. The widened upper part 2 of the artistic decoration forms a stylized collar. The decoration is made of painted glass, and the layers of glass and color are arranged in fanciful streaks and spots, interpenetrating and overlapping.
