Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, nadajaca sie do odtwarzania, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie wieszaka, podkreslajaca jego swoisty, charakterystyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku w widoku z przodu. Wieszak ma postac ramy wygietej w ksztalcie zblizonym do odwróconej litery S z pionowo zagietym dolnym koncem, na której umieszczone sa uchwyty mocujace i nakladki z chwytem w ksztalcie bolca zakonczonego wieloscianem. Rama wykonana jest z jednego odcinka drutu. Wygiety jest on na ksztalt podwójnej odwróconej splaszczonej litery S, wydluzonej w plaszczyznie poziomej, stanowiacej zamkniete ramiona nosne wieszaka. Zakonczenia ramion zbiegaja sie ze soba tworzac pólokregi. Na górnym podwójnym ramieniu poziomym ramy znajduja sie dwa uchwyty mocujace. Wykonane sa one z plaskowników podwójnie zagietych na obu koncach i stanowia jedna calosc z nakladkami do któiych przymocowany jest chwyt w ksztalcie bolca zakonczonegowieloscianem. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, suitable for reproduction, manifesting itself in the hanger's original shape, emphasizing its unique, distinctive appearance. The industrial design is shown in the drawing in a front view. The hanger has the form of a frame bent in the shape of an inverted letter S with a vertically curved lower end, on which are located mounting brackets and caps with a grip in the shape of a pin ending in a polyhedron. The frame is made of a single length of wire, bent in the shape of a double, inverted, flattened letter S, elongated in the horizontal plane, constituting the hanger's closed support arms. The ends of the arms converge, forming semicircles. On the upper double horizontal arm of the frame are two mounting brackets. They are made of flat bars bent at both ends and form a single unit with caps to which a pin-shaped grip with a polyhedron is attached. Below, on the horizontal double arm, closer to the frame's bulge, and on its vertical end, are caps in the shape of a bent plate to which a pin-shaped grip with a polyhedron is attached. The hanger, especially the bathroom hanger, possesses significant industrial design features such as a frame made of a single length of wire bent into the shape of an inverted, flattened S with a vertically bent lower end. The upper support arm of the frame features mounting brackets with caps and grips, while below, on the horizontal arm and on the bent lower end of the cap, there are attached grips.
