Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad, oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia wieszak w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – w widoku od strony bocznej. Wieszak wykonany jest w calosci z preta o przekroju prostokatnym. W ogólnym widoku posiada ksztalt zblizony do duzej litery „L" w którym wyodrebnia sie pozioma czesc srodkowa, pionowy przedni zaczep i pionowy trzon kilkakrotnie dluzszy od czesci srodkowej odgiety w polowie do przodu oraz zawierajacy w dolnej czesci od strony tylnej pionowe prostopadloscienne wglebienie, przy czym powyzej i ponizej wglebienia znajduja sie gniazda do osadzenia wkretów mocujacych wieszak do mebla, zas dolne gniazdo usytuowane jest centrycznie w stosunku do poziomej czesci srodkowej wieszaka. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the hanger in perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a side view. The hanger is made entirely of a rectangular bar. In general, it has a shape similar to the capital letter "L", with a horizontal central part, a vertical front hook, and a vertical shaft several times longer than the central part, bent forward in the middle and containing a vertical cuboid recess in the lower part at the rear. Above and below the recess are sockets for mounting screws securing the hanger to the furniture, while the lower socket is located centrally in relation to the horizontal central part of the hanger. Significant features of the industrial design The hanger is distinguished by the fact that it is made entirely of a rectangular cross-section rod. In general view, it has a shape similar to the capital letter "L" in which a horizontal central part, a vertical front hook and a vertical shaft several times longer than the central part are distinguished, bent in the middle forward and containing in the lower part on the rear side a vertical rectangular recess, where above and below the recess there are sockets for mounting screws fastening the hanger to the furniture, and the lower socket is located centrally in relation to the horizontal central part of the hanger, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to 3.
