Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania napojów zwlaszcza alkoholowych. Znane sa butelki przeznaczone do przechowywania oraz transportu plynów w postaci pojemnika skladajacego sie z szyjki z otworem wlewowym, przechodzacego w korpus zamkniety od dolu dnem w odpowiednim ksztalcie, przy czym ksztalt oraz wymiary poszczególnych czesci butelki wykazuja duza dowolnosc, tak ze przekroje butelek maja forme okregu, elipsy, wielokata oraz nieregularna. Dodatkowo poszczególne czesci butelki posiadaja dodatkowe zdobienia w formie elementów splaszczonych lub wystajacych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii butelki, której zewnetrzna postac stylizowana jest na sylwetke konia. Butelka sklada sie z szyjki z otworem wlewowym oraz korpusu i posiada dodatkowe zdobienia, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zewnetrzna postac butelki uksztaltowana zostala w formie przypominajacej sylwetke konia, w ten sposób, ze korpus butelki ma postac korpusu konia, zas szyjka butelki umieszczona jest nakarku konia tuz za jego glowa, przy czym korpus butelki posiada wystajace zdobienia symbolizujace glowe, nogi i ogon konia, jak pokazano na fig. 1. Known bottles for storing and transporting liquids are containers consisting of a neck with a filling opening, which transitions into a body closed at the bottom with a suitably shaped bottom. The shape and dimensions of the individual bottle parts are highly flexible, with cross-sections in the form of circles, ellipses, polygons, and irregular shapes. Furthermore, individual bottle parts feature additional decorations in the form of flattened or protruding elements. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the bottle's lines, whose external form is stylized to resemble the silhouette of a horse. The bottle consists of a neck with a filling opening and a body and has additional decorations. It is characterized in that the outer shape of the bottle is shaped in a form resembling the silhouette of a horse, in such a way that the body of the bottle has the form of a horse's body, and the neck of the bottle is placed on the horse's neck just behind its head, and the body of the bottle has protruding decorations symbolizing the head, legs and tail of the horse, as shown in Fig. 1.
