B u t e lk a Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie w konfekcjonowaniu wyrobów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - pokazuje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Scianki bryly butelki w widoku z boku sa nieco zbiezne ku górze. W widoku od frontu, zarys butelki zakreslaja po bokach lukowo wyprofilowane krawedzie, zbiezne w dolnym odcinku ku dolowi. Scianki przednia i tylna sa na obrzezach2 sciete ukosnie a sciecia tworza wokól obrzeza powierzchnie odwzorowujace nieco zarys butelki w widoku od frontu. Posrodku czesci zbiornikowej, u góry znajduje sie wypuklosc rozciagajaca sie ponizej szyjki. Wypuklosc ta przypomina w swym ksztalcie jezyczek. W widoku od spodu butelka ma zarys zblizony do scietego po bokach owalu z przylegajacymi do niego wypustkami. Dolna czesc butelki od frontu jest ozdobiona stylizowanym napisem. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, include that the bottle is shaped as a flattened block and has a neck at the top, terminating in a circumferential ring. The walls of the bottle's body in a side view are slightly tapered upwards. In the front view, the bottle's outline is defined by arc-shaped edges on the sides, tapering downwards in the lower section. The front and rear walls are beveled at the edges, and the bevels create surfaces around the rim that somewhat replicate the outline of the bottle in the front view. In the center of the reservoir section, at the top, there is a convexity extending below the neck. This protrusion resembles a tongue. Viewed from the bottom, the bottle has an outline similar to an oval truncated on the sides with adjacent protrusions.
