Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania napojów chlodzacych. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znana tego rodzaju butelka. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma pobocznice w ksztalcie walca, która u dolu przechodzi w ksztalt stozka scietego, majacego w podstawie wybrania, natomiast górna czesc pobocznicy ma ksztalt polo- wa elipsy, zakonczonej u góry gwintowana szyjka z kolnierzem i nakret- ka, przy czym czesc walcowa pobocznicy ma mniejsza srednice od cze- sci górnej i dolnej, zas butelka ma kolor czarny nieprzezroczysty. Zaleta powyzszego rozwiazania jest estetyczny i atrakcyjny wyglad butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku i w czesciowym przekroju, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie butelki. Cecha istotna butelki jest to, ze pobocznica Q) ma ksztalt walca, która u dolu przechodzi w ksztalt stozka scietego (2), majacego w pod- stawie wybrania (3), natomiast górna czesc pobocznicy (4) ma ksztalt polowa elipsy, zakonczonej u góry gwintowana szyjka (5) z kolnierzem (6) i nakretka (7), przy czym czesc walcowa pobocznicy (1} ma mniejsza srednice od czesci górnej (2) i dolnej (4), zas butelka jest w kolorze czar- nym nieprzezroczystym.Fig. 1Fig.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cold beverages. The applicant is not familiar with this type of bottle. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has cylindrical side walls, which at the bottom merge into a truncated cone with recesses at the base, while the upper part of the side wall is shaped like a half-ellipse, ending at the top with a threaded neck with a collar and a cap. The cylindrical part of the side wall has a smaller diameter than the upper and lower parts, and the bottle is opaque black. The advantage of the above solution is the aesthetic and attractive appearance of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a side view and in partial cross-section, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the bottle. An important feature of the bottle is that the side part (Q) has the shape of a cylinder, which at the bottom changes into the shape of a truncated cone (2), having recesses (3) at the base, while the upper part of the side part (4) has the shape of a half-ellipse, ending at the top with a threaded neck (5) with a collar (6) and a cap (7), wherein the cylindrical part of the side part (1) has a smaller diameter than the upper part (2) and the lower part (4), and the bottle is opaque black.
