Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest modul sita, stanowiacy element powierzchni przesiewowej sita technicznego. Znane sa moduly sita o ksztalcie prostokata, z otworami przesiewowymi, o ksztalcie równiez zblizonym do prostokata, równomiernie rozmieszczonymi na powierzchni sita. Otwory przesiewowe posiadaja zaokraglone naroza o zróznicowanym kapie zaokraglenia oraz klinowate wypustki na bokach sita. Zebra, powstale po wycieciu otworów na powierzchni przesiewowej, maja uklad wzajemnie prostopadly, przy czym wysokosci zeber moga byc zróznicowane. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii tworzacych modul sita. Przedmiot wzoru przestawiono na rysunku, gdzie fig.1 - fig.3 przedstawiaja pierwsza odmiane wzoru. Modul sita wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata, z otworami, o ksztalcie równiez zblizonym do prostokata, równomiernie rozmieszczonymi na powierzchni modulu sita oraz prostopadlymi zebrami o jednakowej wysokosci, i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze naroza otworów scieto okregiem o srodku w punkcie skrzyzowania osi zeber, zas ksztalt otworów jest identyczny na obszarze calego modulu sita jak pokazano na fig.1, fig.2, fig.3. Cechy istotne wzoru: Modul sita wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata, z otworami, o ksztalcie równiez zblizonym do prostokata, równomiernie rozmieszczonymi na powierzchni modulu sita oraz prostopadlymi zebrami o jednakowej wysokosci, i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze naroza otworów scieto okregiem o srodku w punkcie skrzyzowania osi zeber, zas ksztalt otworów jest identyczny na obszarze calego modulu sita. Rectangular sieve modules are known, with screening holes, also roughly rectangular in shape, evenly distributed across the sieve surface. The screening holes have rounded corners with varying degrees of rounding and wedge-shaped projections on the sides of the sieve. The ribs, created after cutting the holes in the screening surface, are arranged perpendicular to each other, and the rib heights can vary. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines forming the sieve module. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1-3 shows the first variation of the design. The sieve module according to the pattern has a rectangular shape, with holes, also close to a rectangle, evenly distributed on the surface of the sieve module and perpendicular ribs of equal height, and is characterized in that the corners of the holes are cut with a circle with its center at the point of intersection of the rib axes, and the shape of the holes is identical over the entire sieve module as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. Essential features of the pattern: The sieve module according to the pattern has a rectangular shape, with holes, also close to a rectangle, evenly distributed on the surface of the sieve module and perpendicular ribs of equal height, and is characterized in that the corners of the holes are cut with a circle with its center at the point of intersection of the rib axes, and the shape of the holes is identical over the entire sieve module.
