Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tafla szklana z wyzlobiona na jej jednej powierzchni tekstura wzorzysta, znajdujaca zastosowanie, zwlaszcza w obiektach szklarniowych, kolektorach slonecznych i ogniwach fotowoltaicznych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego pojawia sie w ksztalcie tekstury wzorzystej wyzlobionej na jednej powierzchni, o zróznicowanych ksztaltach i gestosci tych wyzlobien zarówno na ich obrzezach jak i czesci centralnej, oddzielonych od siebie wyzlobieniami w ksztalcie linii prostej tworzacej obramowanie tej czesci centralnej, przy czym teksture te tworza wyzlobienia w ksztalcie figur o zróznicowanym ich ksztalcie i nieregularnie usytuowanych wzgledem siebie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia przerwana w dwóch plaszczyznach tafle szklana z tekstura wzorzysta wyzlobiona na jednej jej powierzchni, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - powiekszony szczegól „S" czesci centralnej tej tafli zawartej w wyzlobionym obramowaniu liniowym w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - te sama tafle szklana w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A, fig. 4 - obramowanie tej samej tafli w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii B-B. The new and original form of the industrial design appears in the form of a patterned texture carved on one surface, with different shapes and densities of these carvings both on their edges and in the central part, separated from each other by carvings in the form of a straight line forming a frame of this central part, wherein this texture is created by carvings in the form of figures of different shapes and irregularly positioned in relation to each other. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a glass pane interrupted in two planes with a patterned texture grooved on one of its surfaces, in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - enlarged detail "S" of the central part of this pane contained in a grooved linear frame in a top view, Fig. 3 - the same glass pane in a vertical section along the line A-A, Fig. 4 - the frame of the same pane in a vertical section along the line B-B. The glass pane with a patterned texture grooved on it, shown in Figs. 1 - 4, has the shape of a rectangular plate, which on one of its surfaces, near its narrow side walls, has linear contour grooves grooved parallel to them, forming a frame of this pane, on the circumferential area of which there are rarely grooved arranged elements of irregular shapes similar to circles and polygonal figures, while on one surface of the pane surrounded by this frame there is a patterned texture made of carved, irregularly positioned and dense relative to each other flat figures also of irregular shapes similar to squares and polygonal figures.
