This label may be intended for placement on food packaging, particularly biscuits. Alternatively, the design presented on the label and printed on cling film may constitute a stand-alone packaging for food products, particularly biscuits. The subject of the industrial design and its subsequent form are shown in illustrations 1g.1, 2nd Fig., and 3. As shown in Fig. 1, the label is a yellow rectangle with navy blue, azure, and shaded fields placed on the sides in the central part of the label. The specific zones of this rectangle constitute, after the package is closed, respectively: - zone "a" - the front of the package; - zone "b" - the sides of the package; and - zone "c" - the back of the package. In the "a" section of the packaging, a large inscription, made in brown iterations and arranged in two rows, reads: "Homemade" and "Kruche." On the right side of this lapis lazuli, irregularly arranged shortbread cookies are depicted. Below this inscription, a small, wavy navy blue field is visible, and above it is an element in the form of a yellow, shaded circle, on which—slightly below its center—is placed a small, yellow, shaded, horizontally arranged rectangle, the sides of which are slightly concave. The lower part of this rectangle is additionally emphasized by a line of variable thickness. In the upper part of the circular field, a drawing of a two-headed dragon is placed. To the right and left of the lapis lazuli, parallel to the edge of the circle, there are two arcs made with a line narrower at the top and wider at the bottom. On a rectangular field there is the inscription "DELIC-POL", and below it the date "1992" - written in large, block letters and numbers. In the "b" zones of the packaging, there is a similarly slightly smaller inscription, written in whole grain letters and placed in two rows: "Domowe" and "Kruche". To the right of this inscription there is a wavy, navy blue field and then a shortbread cookie. On the left side of the inscription there is an element in the form of a yellow, shaded circle with a mock-up, the inscription "DELIC-POL" and "1992" - the same as described above. As shown in Fig. 2 - a variation of the label is a yellow rectangle with green, wavy and shaded fields placed on the sides in the central part of the label. The individual zones of this rectangle constitute, after closing the package, respectively: - zone "a" - the front of the package; - zones "b" - the sides of the package; while zones "c" constitute the back of the packaging. In zone "a" of the packaging, there is a large inscription in brown letters, arranged in two rows: "Homemade" and "Kruche."
