Opakowanie na wyroby cukiernicze Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na wyroby cukiernicze, zwlaszcza wafle, o nowej i indywidualnej postaci przejawiajacej sie w jego grafice oraz kolorystyce. Opakowanie na wyroby cukiernicze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazano w materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym opakowanie w postaci rozlozonej, dla wyrobów cukierniczych o smaku kakaowym oraz o smaku kakaowym w polewie, gdzie: fig. 1 - przedstawia w postaci rozlozonej opakowanie wyrobu cukierniczego o smaku kakaowym; fig. 2 - przedstawia w postaci rozlozonej opakowanie wyrobu cukierniczego 0 smaku kakaowym w polewie. PL PLConfectionery Packaging The subject of the industrial design is packaging for confectionery products, particularly wafers, with a new and unique form manifested in its graphics and colors. Confectionery packaging according to the industrial design is shown in illustrative material, showing the unfolded packaging for cocoa-flavored and cocoa-flavored coated confectionery products, where: Fig. 1 - shows the unfolded packaging for a cocoa-flavored confectionery product; Fig. 2 - shows the unfolded packaging for a cocoa-flavored coated confectionery product. List of industrial design variations: 1 - packaging made in a shade of white, where on its front surface, on one side, there is the inscription "TAGO", written in white letters outlined with a blue line and the inscription "TaCpssz. Golebiewski", written in white letters of a fanciful shape, these inscriptions are placed on a yellow background, outlined with a blue line and similar in shape to an irregular rectangle with one of the edges rounded, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" is additionally placed on a blue stripe constituting the lower edge of the yellow rectangular background, and in the central part of the front surface of the packaging there is the inscription "TOTO", written in irregular blue letters and underlined with a blue line, under which there is the inscription "cocoa-flavoured wafer" written in simple, capital blue letters, and behind these elements there is an image of a multi-layered a wafer with an image of cocoa beans with leaves placed at one of the corners of its edge, whereby part of the wafer image extends partly onto two of the side walls of the packaging, while on the two remaining walls of the packaging there are the inscriptions "TAGO", "Tadeusz Golebiewski" and "TOTCT" repeated on both sides in the graphics as on the front of the packaging and the inscription "delikatny wafer o kakaoowym" written in simple capital letters in blue, and on the next two remaining walls of the packaging there are the required information inscriptions about the product and the manufacturer; 2 - the packaging is made in a white shade, where on its front surface, on one side, there is the inscription "TAGO", written in white letters outlined with a blue line and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", written in white letters of a fanciful shape, these inscriptions are placed on a yellow background, outlined with a blue line and similar in shape to an irregular rectangle with one of the edges rounded, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" is additionally placed on a blue stripe constituting the lower edge of the yellow rectangular background, and in the central part of the front surface of the packaging there is the inscription "TOTO", written in irregular blue letters and underlined with a blue line, under which there is the inscription "cocoa-flavoured wafer with icing" written in simple, capital blue letters, and behind these elements there is an image of a multi-layer wafer coated with icing, chocolate-colored icing, with an image of cocoa beans with leaves placed at one of the corners of its edge, where part of the image of the wafer covered in chocolate-colored icing partially extends to two of the side walls of the packaging, while on the two remaining walls of the packaging there are repeated inscriptions "TAGO", "Tadeusz Golebiewski" and "TOTO" on both sides in the same graphic as on the front surface of the packaging, and the inscription "delicate cocoa-flavored wafer in icing" written in simple capital letters in blue, and on the next two remaining walls of the packaging there are the required information inscriptions about the product and the manufacturer. The essential features of the packaging for confectionery products are the following: a - the packaging is made in a white shade, where on its front surface, on one side, there is the inscription "TAGO" written in white letters surrounded by a blue line, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" written in white letters of a fanciful shape, wherein these inscriptions are placed on a yellow background, outlined with a blue line and similar in shape to an irregular rectangle with one of the edges rounded, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" is additionally placed on a blue strip constituting the lower edge of the yellow rectangular background, and in the central part of the front surface of the packaging there is the inscription "TOTO", made in irregular blue letters and underlined by a blue line, under which there is the inscription "cocoa-flavoured wafer" or "cocoa-flavoured wafer with icing", made in simple, capital blue letters, and behind these elements there is placed diagonally an image of a multi-layered wafer, or an image of a multi-layered wafer covered with chocolate icing, with an image of cocoa beans with leaves placed at one of the corners of their edge, wherein part of the image of a wafer or wafer The chocolate-colored icing partially extends to two of the side walls of the packaging, while the remaining two walls of the packaging feature the inscriptions "TAGO", "Tadeusz Golebiewski" and "TOTO" repeated on both sides in the same graphic as on the front of the packaging, as well as the inscription "delicate cocoa-flavored wafer" or the inscription "delicate cocoa-flavored wafer with icing", written in simple capital letters in blue, and the required information about the product and the manufacturer is placed on the remaining two walls of the packaging.
