Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel ogrodzeniowy, przezna- czony zwlaszcza dla ogródków piwnych, kawiarnianych i tym podobnych. Z opisu polskiego wzoru zdobniczego nr Rz. 15328 znany jest plotek ozdobny w postaci prostokatnego panelu osadzonego miedzy dwoma slupkami. Panel ma postac ramy z listew o przekroju czworokatnym, któ- rej wnetrze jest wypelnione plaskim elementem zawieszonym na czterech uchwytach. Z opisów polskich wzorów zdobniczych Rz. 17447 i Rz. 17452 znane sa tez segmenty ogródka reklamowego o konstrukcji azurowej, majace postac plaskiej, ozdobnej plyty zawieszonej miedzy dwoma slupkami osadzonymi w kolistych podstawach. Slupki segmentu wedlug wzoru nr Rz. 17452 po- siadaja na swych szczytach elementy oswietleniowe. Z kolei z opisu polskiego wzoru przemyslowego nr Rp.5977 znany jest element plotu modulowego posiadajacy rame drewniana z elementów o przekroju czworokatnym, której wypelnienie ma postac azurowej kratki utworzonej z waskich listew o przekroju czworokatnym, wielokatnym lub okraglym, przechodzacej w srodkowej czesci modulu w element ozdobny w postaci stylizowanej gwiazdy czteroramiennej. Na bokach prostokatnej drewnianej ramy rozmieszone sa cztery elementy mocujace, po dwa z kazdej strony. W pierwszej odmianie panelu ogrodzeniowego wedlug wzoru, przed- stawionej na ilustracjach Fig. 1, la, lb i lc, azurowa konstrukcja macztery listwy pionowe, rozmieszczone równomiernie w srodkowej czesci panelu. Pozioma listwa jest lukowo wygieta w dól, a w przestrzeni miedzy skrajnymi listwami pionowymi, górnym bokiem ramki i listwa pozioma jest rozmieszczona plytka z tabliczka reklamowa. Drewniana rama pane- lu ma ksztalt prostokata o dluzszych bokach poziomych. W drugiej odmianie panelu ogrodzeniowego wedlug wzoru, przedsta- wionej na ilustracjach Fig. 2, 2a, 2b i 2c, azurowa konstrukcja ma dwie listwy pionowe. Pozioma listwa jest prosta, a w przestrzeni miedzy listwa- mi pionowymi, górnym bokiem ramki i pozioma listwa jest rozmieszczona plytka z tabliczka reklamowa. Drewniana rama panelu ma ksztalt zblizo- ny do kwadratu. W trzeciej odmianie panelu ogrodzeniowego wedlug wzoru, przedsta- wionej na ilustracjach Fig. 3, 3a, 3b i 3c, azurowa konstrukcja ma dwie listwy pionowe. Pozioma listwa jest prosta, a cala przestrzen miedzy gór- nym bokiem ramki i pozioma listwa jest wypelniona plytka z tabliczka re- klamowa. Drewniana rama panelu ma ksztalt prostokata o dluzsaych bo- kach pionowych. The description of Polish ornamental design no. Rz. 15328 describes a decorative panel in the form of a rectangular panel mounted between two posts. The panel is a frame of quadrangular slats, the interior of which is filled with a flat element suspended on four brackets. The descriptions of Polish ornamental designs Rz. 17447 and Rz. 17452 also describe advertising garden segments with an openwork structure, in the form of a flat, decorative panel suspended between two posts mounted on circular bases. The segment posts according to design no. Rz. 17452 have lighting elements at their tops. In turn, the description of Polish industrial design no. Rp.5977 describes a modular fence element with a wooden frame made of quadrangular cross-section elements, the infill of which is in the form of an openwork grid made of narrow slats with a quadrangular, polygonal, or circular cross-section, transforming in the central part of the module into a decorative element in the form of a stylized four-pointed star. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the fence panel, manifested in its shape, contours, and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrations, the individual figures of which represent: Fig. 1 - the first variant of the fence panel according to the pattern in a perspective view; Fig. 1a - the first variant of the panel in a front view; Fig. 1b - the first variant of the panel in a side view; Fig. 1c - the first variant of the panel in a top view; Fig. 2 - second variant of the fence panel according to the pattern in perspective view; Fig. 2a - second variant of the panel in front view; Fig. 2b - second variant of the panel in side view; Fig. 2c - second variant of the panel in top view; Fig. 3 - third variant of the fence panel according to the pattern in perspective view; Fig. 3a - third variant of the panel in front view; Fig. 3b - third variant of the panel in side view; Fig. 3c - third variant of the panel in top view. The fence panel according to the industrial pattern has the form of a rectangular openwork structure made of metal slats with a rectangular cross-section, embedded in a wooden rectangular frame. The openwork panel structure consists of a narrow rectangular frame and vertical slats arranged within it, intersecting with a horizontal slat at the top, as well as at least one plate filling the space between the vertical slats, the horizontal slat, and the top side of the frame. Four fasteners are arranged on the sides of the rectangular wooden frame, two on each side. In the first variant of the fence panel according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1, 1a, 1b, and 1c, the openwork structure has four vertical slats evenly spaced in the center of the panel. The horizontal slat is bent downward in an arc, and a plate with an advertising sign is placed in the space between the outermost vertical slats, the top side of the frame, and the horizontal slat. The wooden frame of the panel is rectangular in shape, with the longer sides horizontal. In the second variant of the fence panel according to the pattern, shown in Figs. 2, 2a, 2b, and 2c, the openwork structure has two vertical slats. The horizontal slat is straight, and the space between the vertical slats, the upper side of the frame, and the horizontal slat is filled with a plate with an advertising sign. The wooden frame of the panel is roughly square in shape. In the third variant of the fence panel according to the pattern, shown in Figs. 3, 3a, 3b, and 3c, the openwork structure has two vertical slats. The horizontal slat is straight, and the entire space between the upper side of the frame and the horizontal slat is filled with a plate with an advertising sign. The wooden frame of the panel is rectangular in shape with the longer sides vertical. Essential features of the industrial design: - The fencing panel has the form of a quadrangular open-work structure made of slats with a rectangular cross-section, arranged inside a wooden frame, the open-work structure of the panel having a narrow rectangular frame and vertical slats arranged within it, intersecting with a horizontal slat in the upper part, as well as at least one flat plate filling the space between the vertical slats, the horizontal slat and the upper side of the frame; - The wooden frame of the panel has fastening elements on the sides; - The open-work structure of the panel has four or two vertical slats, a straight horizontal slat or in the shape of a gentle arc, and the flat plate filling all or part of the space above the horizontal slat.
