Panel ogrodzeniowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel ogrodzeniowy, przezna- czony dla ogródków piwnych, kawiarnianych i tym podobnych. Z opisów wzorów zdobniczych nr Rz. 15328 oraz Rz. 17447 i Rz. 17452 znane sa plotek ozdobny i segmenty ogródka reklamowego o konstrukcji azurowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac panelu ogrodzenio- wego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjach, których Fig. 1 przedstawia panel ogrodzeniowy w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 - pa- nel w widoku z przodu, Fig. 3 - panel w widoku z boku, a Fig. 4 - panel w widoku z góry. Panel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac prostokatnej azurowej konstrukcji ramowej, wykonanej z rur o przekroju okraglym czesciowo wygietych lukowo, w czesci wypelnionej plaszczyznami. Ponizej górnej krawedzi prostokatnej ramy, wykonanej z grubszej ruiy, usytuowany jest poziomy lacznik wygiety lagodnym lukiem w dól. W srodkowej czesci prostokatnej ramy rozmieszczone sa trzy pionowe laczniki, przy czym jeden z nich, usytuowany centralnie, laczy dolna kra- wedz prostokatnej ramy z lukowo wygietym poziomym lacznikiem. Dwa pozostale, boczne pionowe laczniki, usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledemsrodkowego, lacza górna i dolna krawedz prostokatnej ramy. Przestrzenie miedzy bocznymi rurami prostokatnej ramy, a lacznikami pionowymi oraz miedzy dolna krawedzia ramy, a lukowo wygietym pozio- mym lacznikiem, wypelniona jest dwiema czworokatnymi plaszczyznami. Kazda z tych plaszczyzn obramowana jest cienka rurka, przy czym górna cienka rurka jest wygieta lukowo w dól i biegnie równolegle do lukowo wygietego poziomego lacznika. Kazda z plaszczyzn jest zamocowana, za pomoca cienkich rurek, do pionowych bocznych rur prostokatnej ramy oraz do bocznych pionowych laczników. Przestrzen pomiedzy górnymi odcinkami bocznych laczników pionowych, rozmieszczona nad srodkowa czescia lukowo wygietego lacznika poziome- go, jest wypelniona plaszczyzna reklamowa. Po bokach prostokatnej ramy, na zewnetrznej powierzchni pionowych bocznych rur, rozmieszone sa na dwóch poziomach elementy do zamoco- wania panelu ogrodzeniowego do slupków ogrodzeniowych. Cechy istotne : - Panel ogrodzeniowy ma postac prostokatnej ramy o azurowej kon- strukcji, utworzonej z rur o przekroju okraglym, czesciowo wypelnionej czworokatnymi plaszczyznami. - Czesc rur jest wygieta lukowo w dól. - Wewnatrz prostokatnej ramy panelu ogrodzeniowego sa rozmieszczone trzy laczniki pionowe oraz lagodnie wygiety lukowo w dól lacznik po- ziomy.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLFence Panel The subject of the industrial design is a fencing panel intended for beer gardens, cafés, and the like. The descriptions of ornamental designs no. Rz. 15328, Rz. 17447, and Rz. 17452 describe decorative panels and advertising garden segments with an openwork structure. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the fencing panel, manifested in its shape, contours, and line arrangement. The subject of the design is shown in the illustrations, of which Fig. 1 shows the fence panel in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the panel in a front view, Fig. 3 - the panel in a side view, and Fig. 4 - the panel in a top view. The panel, following the industrial design, takes the form of a rectangular, openwork frame structure made of partially arched round tubes, the latter filled with flat surfaces. Below the upper edge of the rectangular frame, made of thicker wood, is a horizontal connector bent in a gentle downward arc. Three vertical connectors are arranged in the middle of the rectangular frame, with one of them, located centrally, connecting the lower edge of the rectangular frame to the arched horizontal connector. The other two lateral vertical connectors, positioned symmetrically with respect to the central connector, connect the upper and lower edges of the rectangular frame. The spaces between the side tubes of the rectangular frame and the vertical connectors, and between the lower edge of the frame and the arc-shaped horizontal connector, are filled with two quadrangular surfaces. Each of these surfaces is framed by a thin tube, with the upper thin tube bent downward in an arc and running parallel to the arc-shaped horizontal connector. Each surface is attached, via thin tubes, to the vertical side tubes of the rectangular frame and to the side vertical connectors. The space between the upper sections of the side vertical connectors, positioned above the central part of the arc-shaped horizontal connector, is filled with an advertising surface. On the sides of the rectangular frame, on the outer surface of the vertical side tubes, elements for attaching the fence panel to the fence posts are arranged on two levels. Important features: - The fence panel is a rectangular frame with an openwork structure, made of round tubes, partially filled with quadrangular surfaces. - Some tubes are bent downward in an arc. - Inside the rectangular frame of the fence panel are three vertical connectors and a gently downward arcing horizontal connector.
