Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy stosowany jako wyposazenie elementów mebli. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i budowie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu od góry, fig.2- ten sam uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu od spodu, fig.3- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry oraz w widoku od strony krótszych jego boków, a fig. 4- ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na rysunkach fig. 1-4 stanowi bryla majaca ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonego wycinka pierscienia o dlugosci wynoszacej okolo 1/13 obwodu pelnego pierscienia, zaopatrzona na swych wiekszych lukowych scianach w cztery przelotowe wyjecia prostokatne usytuowane na nich wzdluznie i w osiach ich symetrii, przy czym ich górne krawedzie sa zaokraglone. Proste waskie scianki boczne na obu koncach tej bryly sa nieco wydluzone, poza jej dolna sciane lukowa, tworzac na nich odsadzenia utworzone z czolowej scianki prostokatnej oraz przylegajacych do niej dwóch scianek bocznych o profilu zblizonym do trapezu prostokatnego, których skosne boki stykaja sie z dolna sciana lukowa w obrebie skrajnych wyjec prostokatnych. Ponadto w narozach utworzonych z odsadzen na koncach dolnej sciany lukowej znajduja sie pionowo usytuowane cztery odsadzenia walcowe, z otworami montazowymi, których powierzchnie czolowe leza w plaszczyznie powierzchni wspomnianych odsadzen.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go bryla majaca ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonego wycinka pierscienia o dlugosci wynoszacej okolo 1/13 obwodu pelnego pierscienia, zaopatrzona na swych wiekszych lukowych scianach w cztery przelotowe wyjecia prostokatne usytuowane na nich wzdluznie i w osiach ich symetrii, przy czym ich górne krawedzie sa zaokraglone; - proste waskie scianki boczne na obu koncach tej bryly sa nieco wydluzone, poza jej dolna sciane lukowa, tworzac na nich odsadzenia utworzone z czolowej scianki prostokatnej oraz przylegajacych do niej dwóch scianek bocznych o profilu zblizonym do trapezu prostokatnego, których skosne boki stykaja sie z dolna sciana lukowa w obrebie skrajnych wyjec prostokatnych; - w narozach utworzonych z odsadzen na koncach dolnej sciany lukowej znajduja sie pionowo usytuowane cztery odsadzenia walcowe, z otworami montazowymi, których powierzchnie czolowe leza w plaszczyznie powierzchni wspomnianych odsadzen. The novelty and originality of the industrial design are evident in its shape and construction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view from above; Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a perspective view from below; Fig. 3 shows the same handle from above and from the side of its shorter sides; and Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a vertical cross-section along the line A-A. The furniture handle shown in Figures 1-4 is a solid shape similar to a flattened ring segment with a length of approximately 1/13 of the circumference of a full ring, provided on its larger arc-shaped walls with four rectangular through-holes situated on them longitudinally and along their axes of symmetry, with their upper edges being rounded. Straight, narrow side walls at both ends of this solid shape are slightly extended beyond its lower arc-shaped wall, forming offsets on them composed of a front rectangular wall and two adjacent side walls with a profile approximating a rectangular trapezoid, the oblique sides of which contact the lower arc-shaped wall within the outermost rectangular openings. Moreover, in the corners formed by the offsets at the ends of the lower arch wall there are four vertically positioned cylindrical offsets with mounting holes, the front surfaces of which lie in the plane of the surfaces of the said offsets. Essential features of the industrial design of the furniture handle shown in the attached drawings fig. 1-4 are characterized by the following: - it is a solid having a shape similar to a flattened segment of a ring with a length of approximately 1/13 of the circumference of a full ring, provided on its larger arch walls with four rectangular through-holes situated on them longitudinally and in their axes of symmetry, their upper edges being rounded; - the straight, narrow side walls at both ends of this solid are slightly extended beyond its lower arc wall, forming offsets on them made of a front rectangular wall and two adjacent side walls with a profile close to a rectangular trapezoid, whose oblique sides meet the lower arc wall within the extreme rectangular outlets; - in the corners formed by the offsets at the ends of the lower arc wall, there are four vertically positioned cylindrical offsets with mounting holes, the front surfaces of which lie in the plane of the surfaces of the aforementioned offsets.
