Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek, szuflad i innych mebli. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-3, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, a fig.3- ten sam uchwyt w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na rysunkach fig. 1-3 stanowi wydluzona bryla profilowa o jednolitym przekroju poprzecznym na calej jej dlugosci, utworzonym z czesci prostokatnej, której jeden dluzszy bok przechodzi plynnym przejsciem promieniowym w usytuowany pod katem rozwartym odcinek prosty, przechodzacy w element pólkolisty, który z kolei poprzez promien wklesly przechodzi w drugi dluzszy bok czesci prostokatnej, przy czym wymienione dluzsze boki, odcinek prosty, pólokrag i promien wklesly stanowia scianki boczne uchwytu. Ponadto tylna scianka uchwytu zwienczajaca ze soba oba boki czesci prostokatnej posiada podluzny plytki kanalek oraz dwa otwory kolowe usytuowane w poblizu obu ich koncy. The new form and original character of the industrial design are evident in its shape and line arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-3, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the same handle in a front view, and Fig. 3 the same handle in cross-section along line A-A. The furniture handle shown in Figures 1-3 is an elongated profiled solid with a uniform cross-section along its entire length, formed by a rectangular section, one longer side of which smoothly transitions radially into a straight section at an obtuse angle, which then transitions into a semicircular element, which in turn transitions via a concave radius into the other longer side of the rectangular section. These longer sides, the straight section, the semicircle, and the concave radius constitute the side walls of the handle. Furthermore, the rear wall of the handle, which connects both sides of the rectangular section, has an elongated shallow channel and two circular holes located near both ends.
