Opakowanie wyrobu cukierniczego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie wyrobu cukierniczego, zwlaszcza ciasteczka, o nowej i indywidualnej postaci przejawiajacej sie w jego grafice oraz kolorystyce. Opakowanie wyrobów cukierniczych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazano w materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym opakowanie w postaci zlozonej, dla wyrobu cukierniczego o dwóch róznych smakach to jest kakaowo-orzechowym oraz waniliowym, gdzie: fig. 1 - przedstawia w postaci zlozonej opakowanie wyrobu cukierniczego o smaku kakaowo-orzechowym; fig. 2 - przedstawia w postaci rozlozonej opakowanie wyrobu cukierniczego o smaku waniliowym. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1 - opakowanie wykonane w tonacji zlotej i bezowo-brazowej, w którym na jego powierzchni znajduje sie wizerunek owalnych ciasteczek w kolorze czekoladowym, z napisami „TAGO", „Tadeusz Golebiewski" i „KALIOPE" oraz w dolnej czesci z pólkolistym wiencem, przy czym jedno z ciasteczek jest w czesci przekrojone, a nad ciasteczkami umieszczony jest wizerunek orzechów z listeczkami, u dolu zas wizerunek ziarenek kakao, natomiast nad tymi elementami graficznymi, na tle bezowego tla w ksztalcie nieregularnego prostokata, cieniowanego tlem w kolorze starego zlota, których dluzsze krawedzie sa faliste, umieszczone sa czarne napisy „CZEKOLADOWE MUZY", pomiedzy którymi umieszczona jest pozioma czarna kreska oraz napisy wykonane bialymi literami „smak kakaowo- orzechowy", przy tym napisy te znajduja sie w dolnej czesci tla, na falistymzielonym pasie, natomiast nad tymi elementami graficznymi, na tle zblizonym do ksztaltu nieregularnego prostokata w kolorze zóltym, znajduja, sie biale napisy „TAGO" i „Tadeusz Golebiewski", przy czym napis „TAGO" obwiedziony jest niebieska linia, a zólte tlo tych napisów jest 0 wyoblonych obrzezach i wyoblonej górnej krawedzi, obwiedzionych liniami w kobrze niebieskim oraz dodatkowo wiencem z lisci w kolorze czamo-zlotym, a takze w górnej czesci wykonczonego wielobarwna wstega czerwono-pomaranczowa, natomiast wokól tla z napisami „TAGO" 1 „Tadeusz Golebiewski" na oplatajacej je wstedze w kolorze bezowym, znajduja sie napisy w ciemnym kolorze „ciasteczka doskonale wypieki 1966", a pod tlem z napisami „CZEKOLADOWE MUZY" umieszczony jest obustronnie pas ozdobiony liscmi; The confectionery packaging according to the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material, showing the folded packaging for a confectionery product with two different flavors: cocoa-nut and vanilla, where: Fig. 1 - shows the folded packaging of a cocoa-nut confectionery product; Fig. 2 - shows the unfolded packaging of a vanilla confectionery product. List of industrial design varieties: 1 - packaging made in shades of gold and beige-brown, in which on its surface there is an image of oval chocolate-colored cookies with the inscriptions "TAGO", "Tadeusz Golebiewski" and "KALIOPE" and in the lower part with a semicircular wreath, where one of the cookies is partially cut, and above the cookies there is an image of nuts with leaves, and at the bottom there is an image of cocoa beans, while above these graphic elements, on a beige background in the shape of an irregular rectangle, shaded with a background in the color of old gold, the longer edges of which are wavy, there are black inscriptions "CHOCOLATE MUSES", between which there is a horizontal black line and inscriptions written in white letters "cocoa-nut flavor", these inscriptions are located in the lower part of the background, on a wavy green stripe, while above these elements graphically, on a background similar to the shape of an irregular yellow rectangle, there are white inscriptions "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski", with the inscription "TAGO" outlined with a blue line, and the yellow background of these inscriptions has rounded edges and a rounded upper edge, outlined with lines in a blue cobra and additionally a wreath of leaves in black and gold, as well as in the upper part finished with a multi-coloured red and orange ribbon, while around the background with the inscriptions "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski" on a beige ribbon wrapping them, there are inscriptions in a dark colour "cookies perfectly baked 1966", and under the background with the inscriptions "CHOCOLATE MUSES" there is a strip decorated with leaves on both sides; 2 - packaging made in shades of gold and beige-brown, in which on its surface there is an image of oval chocolate-colored cookies with the inscriptions "TAGCT, "Tadeusz Golebiewski" and "KALIOPE" and in the lower part with a semicircular wreath, wherein one of the cookies is partially cut, and above the cookies and at the bottom of the cookies there is an image of a yellow vanilla flower with leaves, while above these graphic elements, on a beige background in the shape of an irregular rectangle, shaded with a background in the color of old gold, the longer edges of which are wavy, there are black inscriptions "CHOCOLATE MUSES", between which there is a horizontal black line and inscriptions written in dark letters "vanilla flavor", these inscriptions are located in the lower part of the background, on a wavy yellow stripe, while above these graphic elements, on a background similar to The shape of an irregular yellow rectangle contains white inscriptions "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski", with the inscription "TAGO" outlined with a blue line, and the yellow background of these inscriptions has rounded edges and a rounded upper edge, outlined with blue lines and an additional wreath of leaves in black and gold, and in the upper part finished with a multi-colored red and orange ribbon, while around the background with the inscriptions "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski", on a beige ribbon wrapping them, there are inscriptions in a dark color "cookies perfectly baked 1966", and under the background with the inscriptions "CHOCOLADOWE MUZY" there is a strip decorated with leaves on both sides. The significant features of the confectionery packaging are that the packaging is made in in golden and beige-brown tones, in which on its surface there is an image of oval chocolate-colored cookies with the inscriptions "TAGO", "Tadeusz Golebiewski" and "KALIOPE" and in the lower part with a semicircular wreath, wherein one of the cookies is partially cut, and above the cookies there is an image of nuts with leaves, and at the bottom there is an image of cocoa beans, or above the cookies and at the bottom there is an image of a yellow vanilla flower with leaves, while above these graphic elements, on a beige background in the shape of an irregular rectangle, shaded with a background in the color of old gold, the longer edges of which are wavy, there are black inscriptions "CHOCOLATE MUSES", between which there is a horizontal black line and inscriptions in white letters "cocoa-nut flavor", or inscriptions in dark letters "vanilla flavor", and these inscriptions are located in the lower part of the background, on a wavy green stripe or a wavy yellow stripe, while above these graphic elements, on a background resembling an irregular yellow rectangle, there are white inscriptions "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski", with the inscription "TAGO" outlined with a blue line, and the yellow background of these inscriptions has rounded edges and a rounded upper edge, outlined with blue lines and an additional wreath of black and gold leaves, and in the upper part finished with a multi-colored red and orange ribbon, while around the background with the inscriptions "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski", on a meringue ribbon wrapping them, there are inscriptions in dark "cookies perfectly baked 1966", and under the background with the inscriptions "CHOCOLATE MUSES" has a stripe decorated with leaves on both sides, while the packaging, preferably made of foil, softly surrounds the confectionery product contained within.
